That is why we choose to operate as a team. Sandy Daniels and Tanya Stevenson-Becht serve as the captains and listing specialist, while the other team members each concentrate on specialized areas. Those team member specializations include representing buyers, client care and marketing listings. Sandy Daniels
 Sandy Daniels has been successful in many aspects of her life; she is a mother of 5 and grandmother of 10, has a loving and supportive husband, is an accomplished real estate agent and owner of her own real estate team and business – Park Avenue Properties. Together with her daughter Tanya, Sandy has helped hundreds of members within her community of Colorado Springs either find themselves a home or help sell their existing one. For the past 27 years, Sandy Daniels has enjoyed meeting new people and making life time friends through this business; an opportunity few people in other fields can truly say. Tanya Stevenson-Becht
 When co-founder of Park Avenue Properties Tanya Stevenson-Becht was asked about her reason for choosing this as a career, she responds with “I consider real estate my career a passion, not just a job… I am able to meet new people every single day and offer advice about the area, lending a helping hand is second nature for me.” That compassion and drive is what sets Tanya Stevenson-Becht and her team apart from the other competition in the Colorado Springs. After graduating from college, Tanya followed in her mother Sandy Daniel’s footsteps by receiving her real estate license in 1996 and a mere two years after, Tanya and Sandy opened the doors to Park Avenue Properties. Terisa Soto-Flannery
Real Estate agent Terisa Soto-Flannery has joined Park Avenue properties this year 2010. She is excited to be part of such a diverse and dynamic team. Someone once said to her……that she was a welcome friendly smile in the midst of the stresses of life. She has been in customer service for over 20 plus years. She was a public relations director for a Real Estate Insurance company for 9 years and has worked 3 years as a Real Estate assistant and has been in the Real Estate related industry most her life. So, it was a natural progression into becoming a Real Estate agent as she loves and is passionate about helping people and discovering the different homes.
Buying a home is probably the most important and exciting decision you will ever make. After all this is where you are going to live! The last thing you want to do is make it stressful or make a mistake. She will do her best to make sure this does not happen. She will take her time to make sure all your questions and concerns are answered to your satisfaction so your decision is the right one for you.
